General Terms and Conditions

Section 1 – Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Miske & Loeck Assekuranzmakler GmbH (hereinafter the “Provider”) and the user of the platform.

Section 2 – Description of Services

The Provider makes available a free online platform for comparing fixed-deposit offers from European banks. Use of the comparison platform is free of charge for the user.

Section 3 – Intermediation Service

The Provider brokers fixed-deposit offers from partner banks. The contract is concluded exclusively between the user and the respective bank. The Provider is not a contracting party.

Section 4 – Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, the Provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Section 5 – Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Provider's privacy policy.

Section 6 – Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Hamburg, provided the user is a merchant.
